      From 20 till 29 of May 2008 was organised the Championship of Ukraine among club teams in which the team of Legal Academy has won silver medals. We congratulate our guys with great result !!!

      From 21 till 26 of April 2008 in the Kharkov academy of municipal economy was organised Ukrainian University Championship of chess in which the team of Legal Academy has won 1 place.

Final of 76th Championship of Ukraine among men

    In 76th Championship of Ukraine passing in our club, Valeriy Aveskulov with 6,5 points from 9 has occupied 1 place and has won a title of the Champion of Ukraine 2007. Alexander Kovchan with 5,5 points has occupied 6 place. Georgy Arzumanian with 3,5 points has occupied 24 place. 6th INTERNATIONAL CHESS UNIVERSITY GAME

    Our team of men: Nazar Firman, Valeriy Aveskulov, Georgy Arzumanian, Alexander Kovchan, under the guidance of senior trainer Valery Shalimov, has won the Cup and silver medals, having occupied 2 place. 04.08 - 12.08.2007 (Troms, Norway)     "Arctic Chess Challenge"

    The first "The Cup of Arctic" was won by Alexander Moiseenko! 99 chess players took part in competition on the Swiss system from 15 countries. Alexander Moiseenko (2641) has won Michael Gurevich's last round (2633, Turkey) and has occupied a pure 1 place with result 7,5 of 9. Our congratulations to the winner! More in detail
