Palace of Students of National law academy of Ukraine. Address: Ukraine, Kharkov, Pushkinskaya street, 88 (Metro “Pushkinskaya”). 24 March – date of arrival, 25 March – 1 round.
3. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM & TIME CONTROL
Teams will play with each other 5 rounds. Time control – 90 minutes for each player to finish the game with extra 30 seconds for each move from the start (Fischer system)

5. ACCOMMODATION
The organizers provide free accommodation for all players
6. PRIZES
1 place – 3000 usd, 2 place – 2000 usd
