   Palace of Students of National law academy of Ukraine. Address: Ukraine, Kharkov, Pushkinskaya street, 88 (Metro "Pushkinskaya"). 25 March – date of arrival, 26 March – 1 round.

    4. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM & TIME CONTROL
  8 participants in the tournament, circular system, 7 rounds, 45 minutes for each player to finish the game with extra 10 seconds for each move from the start (Fischer system)
